Digital Marketing & Communications (Account Manager)

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and vibrant team as a Digital Marketing & Communications specialist.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will take ownership of all the digital marketing and online communications activities for one of our top clients in the education sector.

We need someone who is a natural communicator, thrives on juggling multiple projects at once, has excellent writing and relationship building skills and is passionate about digital marketing!

Tertiary qualifications and at least 2 years experience in a digital marketing role is a must.

The position will be based in Melbourne City and will involve some local travel and potentially interstate travel also.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including – email marketing, marketing automation, digital advertising and social media
  • Oversee client SEO / SEM / PPC campaigns
  • Manage and create content for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
  • Monitor social conversations and client’s online reputation using reputation management monitoring tools
  • Produce monthly digital marketing reports
  • Drive, lead and monitor campaigns to optimize conversion and other key performance metrics
  • Manage a team of offsite contractors and suppliers
  • Assist with the development of multimedia content including video and digital assets
  • Assist with the execution of brand marketing campaigns and activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to external clients and the team
  • Assist with the execution of some key events

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or Related Degrees
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns and working with email automation platforms and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC
  • Excellent writing skills especially for online and social
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment, with client stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Ability to hit the ground running!


Salary will be based on experience.
